Handing over the decision to appoint journalist Do Duc Hoang as Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television Station

Decision No. 1068/QD-TTg, dated September 15, 2023, signed by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, clearly states: "Temporarily appoint Mr. Do Duc Hoang, Head of the News Department, Vietnam Television, to hold the position of Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television".

Journalist Do Duc Hoang (born in 1978), was a student of Course 41, Faculty of Journalism, University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

The new Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television has worked for Vietnam Television for more than 20 years. From 2000-2009, journalist Do Duc Hoang worked as a reporter for the News Department of Vietnam Television. From 2009-2013, journalist Do Duc Hoang worked as the Chief Representative of Vietnam Television in the United States.

In April 2021, Mr. Do Duc Hoang was appointed Head of News Department - Vietnam Television.

Thus, after appointing 1 more Deputy General Director, Vietnam Television now has 3 Deputy General Directors: Deputy General Director Dinh Dac Vinh, Deputy General Director Do Thanh Hai and Deputy General Director Do Duc Hoang.

The consolidation of Vietnam Television's leadership will be the foundation for Vietnam Television to continue to have steady development steps, better serving the information needs of domestic and foreign audiences.
