Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nam has just signed a decision approving the implementation plan for 2025 of the project "Preschool teachers apply knowledge and teaching skills to create a language-rich learning environment for children in Quang Tri province, phase 2022 - 2026" (TALK project) sponsored by the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB).
The TALK project aims to improve the capacity of preschool administrators and teachers in directing, implementing, and implementing the construction of a language-rich learning environment for ethnic minority preschool children, ensuring suitability to the local context.

Access to scientific advances in preschool education of countries in the region and the world, meeting the goals of the Preschool Education Program of the Ministry of Education and Training , contributing to improving the quality of preschool education for ethnic minorities in Quang Tri province.
The project is implemented in Huong Hoa, Dakrong, Vinh Linh, Gio Linh and Cam Lo districts with a total capital of 341,000 EURO, equivalent to over 8.6 billion VND. Of which, non-refundable aid capital is 310,000 EURO, counterpart capital arranged from the provincial budget is over 787 million VND. The project implementation period is from the time the project is approved until the end of December 2026.
In 2025, the project will implement a number of contents such as: Developing an action plan for 2025; organizing training and implementing the construction of a teaching environment; managing and using aid sources and counterpart funds; implementing the reporting regime... ensuring compliance with the approved decision of the Provincial People's Committee and the cooperation agreement signed between the Department of Education and Training and VVOB, in accordance with the actual situation.
It is known that, in addition to implementing activities in 5 districts of Huong Hoa, Dakrong, Gio Linh, Vinh Linh and Cam Lo, the project will gradually expand to the remaining localities.
