In order to enhance the capacity of law enforcement and management units in biodiversity conservation, in November and December 2025, training courses on species identification, legal awareness on biodiversity, wildlife and migratory birds will be held in the three regions of the North - Central - South.

Specifically, the Northern region (from Thanh Hoa and above) is expected to be held at Cuc Phuong National Park, Ninh Binh province; the Central region (from Nghe An to Lam Dong) is expected to be held at Hue city and the Southern region (from Dong Nai and below) is expected to be held at Tram Chim National Park, Dong Thap province.
Participants include Forest Rangers, Police at all levels, representatives of National Park Management Boards, Nature Reserves, Important Regions, and officers from Departments of Agriculture and Environment across the country.
The training content focuses on three main groups: Introducing legal regulations on the protection and conservation of endangered, precious and rare wildlife; providing instructions on identification and providing basic information on wildlife and migratory birds; and practicing identification through field observations to improve professional skills.
The program is organized by the Department of Forestry and Forest Protection, the Department of Police for Environmental Crime Prevention and Control. The classes will have the participation of experts, lecturers, and scientists in the field of nature conservation, contributing to helping students master species identification skills and effectively apply them in management and monitoring work.
