With the aim of strengthening propaganda and mobilization work and providing reproductive health care/family planning services in disadvantaged, densely populated communes with high birth rates, contributing to the successful implementation of the Population - Family Planning targets in 2025, the campaign was deployed in 62 communes in high birth rate and disadvantaged areas in 8 districts and towns, including: Nghi Son town, districts: Vinh Loc, Nhu Thanh, Cam Thuy, Nhu Xuan, Thuong Xuan, Ba Thuoc and Lang Chanh.

Deputy Head of the Department of Population and Family Planning Le Ba Thang deployed the Plan to organize and implement the Campaign to strengthen propaganda and integrate the provision of reproductive health/family planning services to high birth rate and disadvantaged areas by 2025.
The Campaign will be organized from now until mid-July 2025. In case the first phase is not successful, the second phase will be organized from August 15 to October 25, 2025. Each commune and ward will organize the Campaign to ensure a focus of 7-8 days, including the following main activities: Making a list of subjects registering for reproductive health care/family planning services. Propagating, consulting, and mobilizing subjects. Organizing the provision of reproductive health care/family planning services in key communes for a period of 2-3 days and maintaining it regularly throughout the general campaign period.

The campaign to strengthen propaganda and integrate the provision of reproductive health care/family planning services to areas with high birth rates and difficult areas is an annual activity of the population sector and is considered a starting point for the sector's activities during the year. The campaign strives to basically complete the planned targets by the end of the campaign: ensuring that 90% of couples of childbearing age in the campaign area are provided with information and advice to improve their understanding of reproductive health care/family planning; implementing 75% of the planned targets for placing intrauterine devices; 20% of the targets for injections, implants, contraceptive pills and condoms...
