Implementing the Prime Minister's decision on personnel work

On the afternoon of May 23, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired a conference to implement the Prime Minister's decision on approving the election results of the Vice Chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term. Attending the conference were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee; heads of departments, branches, and socio-political organizations at the provincial level.

Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented the Prime Minister 's decision to comrade Pham Van Nghiem.

At the conference, comrade Lai Van Hoan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee announced the Prime Minister's decision approving the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for comrade Pham Van Nghiem, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, congratulated comrade Pham Van Nghiem and the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee. He highly appreciated the qualifications, capacity and working experience of comrade Pham Van Nghiem; at the same time, requested comrade Pham Van Nghiem in his new position to continue to make more efforts, actively learn, improve knowledge, and quickly approach the work. Closely coordinate with leaders and members of the Provincial People's Committee; coordinate leadership and direction according to assigned functions and tasks for sectors and localities; comply with the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Party Committees of the Provincial Party Committee to successfully implement the set goals and tasks, especially the tasks within the assigned scope.

He requested the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial departments and branches, the leaders, cadres and civil servants in the provincial government system to support and assist Comrade Pham Van Nghiem to successfully complete his tasks; at the same time, comply with the leadership and direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the individual leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; further enhance responsibility in implementing tasks. Based on the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, the departments, branches and localities focus on resolving outstanding problems and focusing on successfully implementing the tasks and goals of socio-economic development that have been set.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party building committees, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to support the Provincial People's Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, including comrade Pham Van Nghiem personally, to successfully carry out the common tasks of the province.

Comrade Pham Van Nghiem, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

Comrade Pham Van Nghiem thanked the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and the Provincial People's Council for their trust and confidence in him for electing him to the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
