Implementing Circular 06/2023/TT-NHNN of the State Bank on lending activities of credit institutions

On August 24, the State Bank - Provincial Branch coordinated with the Provincial Business Association to organize a meeting to deploy Circular 06/2023/TT-NHNN of the State Bank on lending activities of credit institutions (Circular No. 06) and listen to recommendations from Enterprises in accessing credit sources of banks.

At the meeting, after the leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam approved the contents related to Circular No. 06 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 39/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 30, 2016 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam regulating lending activities of credit institutions and foreign bank branches to customers.

Leaders of the State Bank of the province informed about the contents related to Circular No. 06.

Delegates representing businesses in the province also discussed and shared the difficulties and obstacles in accessing credit capital in the past time and the contents related to Circular No. 06, and at the same time made recommendations on the need for a flexible adaptation mechanism, adjusting some conditions to access capital sources, while still ensuring compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 06. Thereby, supporting businesses to overcome current difficulties, promote their production and business capacity, build and develop increasingly strong and sustainable.
