The exhibition displays 100 images about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh.

On the morning of May 17th, the Ho Chi Minh City Organizing Committee for Major Festivals inaugurated a photo exhibition commemorating the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and the 114th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's departure to seek a path to national salvation (June 5, 1911 - June 5, 2025) at Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (District 1). The exhibition runs from now until June 11th.

Attending the opening ceremony were: Comrade Huynh Thanh Dat, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Bui Quang Huy, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union; Nguyen Manh Cuong, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Student Association; Huynh Thanh Nhan, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Nguyen Thanh Trung, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Nguyen Tho Truyen, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee…

The exhibition will take place at three locations: Dong Khoi Street (in front of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports), Dong Khoi Street (opposite Chi Lang Park), and Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (District 1, at the intersection with Hai Trieu Street).

On Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, the organizers displayed 100 images with the theme: "President Ho Chi Minh - The great national hero, the radiant embodiment of the morality, intellect, courage, and conscience of the Vietnamese nation and the era."

The exhibition provides an overview of President Ho Chi Minh's life from his childhood to the moment he resolutely set out to find a way to save the country. Under the light of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, the Communist Party of Vietnam led the Vietnamese revolution to achieve historical victories, ushering in an era of independence and freedom for the nation, and now the whole country is confidently entering a new era - an era of national resurgence.

On Dong Khoi Street (in front of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports), an exhibition titled "The Beloved South Always Remains in the Heart of the Leader" is on display, featuring 70 photographs. The exhibition showcases images that express President Ho Chi Minh's deep affection and special concern for the South during the arduous years of revolutionary struggle. This affection has always been an invaluable source of spiritual strength and a great encouragement for the army and people of the South in their cause of national liberation and reunification.

On Dong Khoi Street (opposite Chi Lang Park), 50 images are on display with the theme "President Ho Chi Minh - A shining example of self-study and lifelong learning." The exhibition introduces documents and images about President Ho Chi Minh's learning and training process from his childhood to becoming a great leader of the nation, as well as some typical books, newspapers, and magazines written or directly supervised by him throughout his revolutionary activities.
