For non-commissioned officers and soldiers, the Brigade directs agencies and units to assign officers in charge of maintaining reading time and discussing the content of the favorite book they have just chosen to read after each session. Along with rotating books between existing reading cultural spaces, the Brigade encourages officers and soldiers to donate books to build more diverse bookcases, attracting readers.
