The event is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), and at the same time, it is an opportunity to honor the persistent and tireless creative journey of generations of artists from the homeland of Hong Mountain - La River.

The exhibition consists of two main parts. The first part displays nearly 50 propaganda paintings by authors nationwide about the Great Victory of Spring 1975, recreating the heroic spirit of the nation through each historical milestone.
The second part introduces portraits of 19 typical authors of Ha Tinh along with 250 images of works that have won national and regional literary and artistic awards; along with nearly 400 books and documents reflecting the development process of Ha Tinh literature and art in the common creative source of Vietnamese literature and art.

With many valuable documents and artifacts, the exhibition is an opportunity for the public to look back at the outstanding contributions of Ha Tinh's literature and arts, while also arousing pride and love for culture and arts in the community.
