Dong Son Ward Public Administration Service Center processed 2,146 files ahead of schedule.

QTO - On October 28, comrade Le Thi Thu Cuc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Dong Son Ward Party Committee, said that in recent times, the Dong Son Ward Public Administration Service Center (PVHCC) has promoted its sense of responsibility, stepped up administrative reform, increased the application of information technology, and improved the satisfaction of people and organizations when coming to transact.

Accordingly, from July 1, 2025 to present, Dong Son Ward Public Service Center has well implemented the process of receiving, processing and returning administrative records to people and businesses according to regulations by receiving online, directly and via postal service.

The total number of received records is 2,477; of which, 1,987 records were received online; 490 records were received directly and via postal service. As a result, the staff and civil servants of the center have processed 2,176 records; of which, 2,146 records were processed ahead of schedule, 301 records are being processed; 30 records are overdue due to software errors and system transfer errors.

However, at present, the Ward Public Administration Center is still facing some difficulties, such as: human resources, staff capacity, and civil servants are not yet able to meet the large volume of documents that must be received every day; some documents have short response times, causing a lot of pressure; facilities, equipment, and interconnection systems are not yet synchronized; a small number of people are not yet familiar with the new government model...

In the coming time, the Dong Son Ward Party Committee requested the Ward People's Committee to pay more attention to investing in equipment, facilities, and arranging staff appropriately; departments coordinate more closely in handling administrative procedures; and best meet the needs of people and organizations when coming to transact at the Center.
