According to the provincial leaders, in recent times, the management of social housing users has not been strict. There has been a situation of renting, renting-purchasing, buying social housing and then re-renting or transferring it for profit. This has caused social outrage, making it more difficult for low-income people to access social housing. The provincial People's Committee has requested the Department of Construction to establish a delegation to inspect the implementation of legal regulations on management, use, renting, renting-purchasing and buying social housing at projects in Bien Hoa city.
