The inspection team approved the draft results of the inspection of the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, after 4 years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress of the Provincial Party Committee, the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Provincial Party Committee have been increasingly improved, the political system has been consolidated, and the socio -economic situation has developed.

The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have issued 8,909 documents of all kinds to guide and give opinions on issues of socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building and organization and personnel work; led and directed the organization and effective implementation of 5 key tasks, 3 breakthrough tasks, 11 key projects and works, and 18 documents specifying the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

Up to now, 8/17 targets have reached over 80% compared to the Resolution; 6/17 targets have reached over 50%; 1/17 targets have reached under 50%; economic growth target (GRDP) reached 4.97%, average income per capita reached 56.8 million VND/person/year, 3.53 percentage points lower than the target for the 5-year period. Total mobilized social investment capital for the 2021 - 2024 period is estimated at 84,322 billion VND, reaching 64.86% of the plan...

The inspection team also pointed out a number of limitations and shortcomings and recommended that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee seriously absorb them, draw profound lessons, and promptly overcome them. Regarding the suggestions and recommendations of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the team will fully absorb them and consider them to include them in the report to the Politburo for consideration and decision.
