On the afternoon of July 24, comrade Vo Thanh Binh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, inspected the operation of local government at two levels and prepared for the 1st Congress of Dong Giang Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

Reporting to the working delegation, comrade Pham Duy Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Giang commune, informed: Dong Giang commune was established on the basis of merging Dong Giang and Dong Tien communes, with a natural area of 205.23 ^km2 and a population of 5,131 people.

After officially putting into operation the two-level local government, Dong Giang commune organized and arranged specialized agencies in accordance with regulations and instructions of the Central Government.

Dong Giang commune leaders report on the commune's activities

Dong Giang Commune Public Administration Service Center has publicly and transparently posted administrative procedures, processes, and officers handling procedures; reviewed and simplified the reception and handling of administrative procedures at the center, associated with increasing the application of information technology.

From July 1 to 23, the Public Administration Service Center received 101 cases to resolve administrative procedures in various fields. Up to now, there have been no negative feedbacks from the people.

However, in the process of operating the local government apparatus, Dong Giang commune still faces difficulties due to the lack of staff according to job positions. Currently, the software system has not been fully updated, the operating system of the civil status software and electronic certification is not smooth, causing difficulties when receiving on the system.

In addition, Dong Giang commune is a mountainous commune, ethnic minorities account for 95%, the rate of people installing VNeID level 2 is low, only reaching 50.33%, affecting the reception of citizen records. Congress working group inspects Dong Giang commune

Regarding the preparation work for the Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Standing Party Committee has organized propaganda and disseminated plans and documents from higher levels related to the Congress.

All Party cells have completed their Congresses and organized expanded Party cell conferences to ensure progress according to regulations. They organized to collect comments on the documents of the 14th Party Congress and the draft documents of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030...

Up to now, the Party Committee has issued a decision to appoint and announce the convocation of delegates to attend the Dong Giang Commune Party Congress taking place on July 25.

After listening to the report of the Dong Giang commune leaders, members of the Congress Working Group gave some suggestions for the Dong Giang commune Party Committee to effectively implement the assigned congress plan.

The commune will proactively arrange and assign local staff to suit their professional expertise so as not to affect work progress. The province will also consider and second some staff from departments and branches to support the administrative apparatus at the commune level.
