Dong Giang Commune Public Administration Service Center has publicly and transparently posted administrative procedures, processes, and officers handling procedures; reviewed and simplified the reception and handling of administrative procedures at the center, associated with enhancing the application of information technology.

From July 1 to 23, the Public Administration Service Center received 101 cases to resolve administrative procedures in various fields. Up to now, there has been no negative feedback from the people.

However, in the process of operating the local government apparatus, Dong Giang commune still faces difficulties due to the lack of staff according to job positions. Currently, the software system has not been fully updated, the operating system of the civil status software and electronic certification is not smooth, causing difficulties when receiving on the system.
