Previously, at Hoang Thu Pho 1 Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, there was a controversial incident that caused a lot of controversy about the students' meals.
Specifically, according to the ration board, each child is given a pack of instant noodles and 1 egg, but in reality, the school only allows 11 children to eat 2 packs of noodles. The school has a total of 174 boarding students enjoying this breakfast regime. In addition, the food used to prepare for the students is also of poor quality.
Regarding this matter, this morning, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee issued a directive, assigning Bac Ha District People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to inspect the above reflection content, handle violations against collectives and individuals (if any); and report to the Provincial People's Committee before 4:00 p.m. on December 17.
At the same time, Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to review the organization of meals for boarding and semi-boarding students and the implementation of other policies for students.
