The University of Transport notes that the admission score is calculated on a 30-point scale (with the exam score method and the transcript method), a 100-point scale (with the thinking assessment method of Hanoi University of Science and Technology), a 150-point scale (with the competency assessment method of Hanoi National University) and a 1200-point scale (with the competency assessment method of Ho Chi Minh City National University).

From August 24, 2025, candidates can look up admission results on the admissions page of the University of Transport at: https://tuyensinh.utc.edu.vn/ (with code GHA) and https://tuyensinh.utc2.edu.vn/ (with code GSA).

Successful candidates must confirm their admission online on the Ministry of Education and Training's system within the prescribed time (from August 24, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025) at the website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn and carry out admission procedures according to the regulations of the University of Transport at the website https://nhaphoc.utc.edu.vn (with code GHA) and https://nhaphoctms.utc2.edu.vn/ (with code GSA).
