The application of information technology in teaching is still largely "demonstrating," limited to model lessons and primarily focused on demonstration lessons, thematic lessons, teaching practice sessions, teacher excellence competitions, or pre-scheduled lessons.

Some teachers and students have not proactively utilized the Internet for learning purposes and to hone their information technology skills; their limited access to online resources has resulted in less engaging and higher-quality IT-based lessons.

To enable teachers to best apply information technology in teaching, Mr. Dinh Thai Vinh Tra believes that it is necessary to improve and upgrade the information technology infrastructure at educational institutions. Specifically, investing in computers, projectors, high-speed internet, smart classrooms, computer labs, etc., is needed to create a modern digital learning environment that supports the application of information technology in teaching. At the same time, appropriate policies and financial resources are needed to maintain, upgrade, and develop information technology infrastructure in education.

In addition, focusing on building digital platforms and a rich and diverse digital resource library is also an important solution to enable teachers and students to easily access and utilize digital materials and learning resources during the teaching and learning process.
