Quang Nam University is certified for quality assessment of 6 training programs

On the morning of October 14, Quang Nam University held the opening ceremony of the new school year 2024 - 2025 with the theme "Innovation, quality improvement, solidarity and discipline".

In the new school year, Quang Nam University determined to continue to improve the management team of units to meet the requirements of performing tasks; focus on developing and improving the capacity and qualifications of staff and lecturers, especially lecturers with doctoral degrees to meet the development requirements of the school in the new period.

Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Trong Duong, Rector of Quang Nam University, spoke at the opening ceremony.

In addition, the school also focuses on improving training quality in conjunction with continuing to promote the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning".

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Trong Duong, Principal of Quang Nam University, said that the enrollment results this school year achieved high results with 1,655/1,902 targets (reaching more than 87%).

Awarding certificates to 4 outstanding students of the 2023 - 2024 school year

From this school year, the school also officially enrolls and trains English teachers and business administration, bringing the total number of majors that the school is allowed to train to 13.

On this occasion, Quang Nam University also announced the decision and received the quality accreditation certificate for 6 university-level training programs from the Center for Education Quality Accreditation - Danang University.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province awarded certificates of merit to 2 students who won first and third prizes at the 2024 Mathematical Olympiad. The Rector of Quang Nam University also awarded certificates of merit to 1 valedictorian and 3 salutatorians in the 2024 regular university entrance exam; and awarded certificates of merit to 4 outstanding students in the 2023-2024 school year.

At the opening ceremony, Quang Nam University awarded 65 scholarships with a total value of more than 200 million VND.
