Kim Dinh Kindergarten, established in 1960, was formerly known as Kim Dinh Commune Kindergarten. After many name changes, in June 2008 the school was named Kim Dinh Kindergarten (according to Decision No. 2768/QD-UBND dated June 11, 2008 of Kim Thanh District People's Committee). From 2012 to present, the school has been converted to public type.
Kim Dinh Kindergarten currently has 3 campuses, including the main campus which is newly built, spacious, solid, modern and 2 neatly planned satellite campuses. The total area of the whole school is 11,215 m2, reaching an average of 24.0 m2/child, of which the 2 satellite campuses are Team 4 with an area of 688 m2 and Team 8 with an area of 803 m2, the central area has an area of 9,412 m2.
In the 2023-2024 school year, the school has a total of 467 children, divided into 17 groups of classes. Of which, 6 groups of children and 11 kindergarten classes, the classrooms are designed with common rooms as a place for children to eat and sleep, the rooms are spacious and clean, have enough light, are cool in the summer, warm in the winter, are harmoniously decorated, beautiful, safe for children, 100% of the children are fed, slept and cared for at the school.
The total number of staff, teachers and employees of the school is 35, with 100% of them meeting or exceeding the standard. The universaleducation for 5-year-old children in the 2019-2020 school year reached 100%.
After 63 years of construction and development, Kim Dinh Kindergarten has become a school with a long tradition of good teaching and learning in Kim Thanh district and has many good achievements in emulation movements, the quality of child care and education is increasingly improving.

Identifying the quality of education and child care as the central task, the quality of the team of teachers and managers is always a concern of the school.
To improve the quality of education, Kim Dinh Kindergarten regularly organizes professional training, cultivates professional ethics for teachers, trains in steam education methods, participates in excellent teacher competitions at school and district levels, writing initiatives and experiences, and organizes activities on key topics for teachers.
In particular, the educational topics "child-centered" and "building happy preschools" contribute to gradually improving the quality of preschool education.
Now the children learn to be chefs.
To do well in this topic, teachers will create open-ended lessons that stimulate children's attention, thinking, and learning, and enhance the leading role of teachers.
At the same time, promote the application of information technology in management activities, in teaching and organizing effective child care and education activities, integrating child education contents such as: Environmental protection education; traffic safety education; life skills education; cultural codes of conduct, so that children have good etiquette habits; effective energy saving education; accident and injury prevention; traditional cultural education, through folk games, folk songs with local cultural identity... suitable to the actual conditions of the school, ensuring effective and synchronous implementation between groups and classes.
In class, teachers will combine classroom teaching with age-appropriate outdoor activities to stimulate students' exploration, creativity, and thinking development. Teachers encourage children to create their own toys and games based on their own ideas and organize them to participate in free play activities, competitions, festivals, etc.
The Mid-Autumn Festival organized by the school helps children have more useful outdoor cultural and sports activities.
The 2022-2023 school year featured the experiential activity “Children learn to be soldiers” as a point in cluster B with good results, highly appreciated by parents and schools in the area. In addition, experiential activities such as: Spring of Love, Children enjoy Mid-Autumn Festival, etc. were received with great enthusiasm by the children.
The Little Soldiers contest helps children become independent, take care of their own health, learn self-protection techniques in everyday situations, and is highly appreciated by parents.
The school also built a "Children's vegetable garden", "Green space", "Green library", "physical area, fairy garden"... The school campus is planted with trees and ornamental plants to create a landscape, shade, and friendliness for children, so that children can experience watering plants, picking vegetables, and preserving the green environment around them.
Along with teaching and learning, the school always pays attention to the care of boarding children, the source of raw materials and food is strictly controlled. The school builds weekly and seasonal menus, the children's meals are rich and diverse, ensuring the proportion of nutrients for children. Continue to replicate the model of preventing malnutrition for children.
The results of child health care quality over the school years have clearly changed, children's health develops well, the number of children with normal weight reaches 98.7%.

The effective implementation of the project on building a child-centered kindergarten has actively contributed to changing the appearance of the school.
Children are given due attention in creating opportunities to "learn by playing, play while learning", the relationship between children, between children and teachers, between teachers and parents and people around them becomes friendly and close, creating good conditions for the formation and development of psychological qualities appropriate to the children's age, so that children going to school are always happy days.
At the same time, the school will maintain and keep the title of National Standard School Level I and strive to achieve National Standard School Level II next year.
In the 2022-2023 school year, Kim Dinh Kindergarten was honored to receive the title of "Excellent Labor Collective"; teacher Nguyen Thi Hang received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province; 04 teachers received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Thanh district; 05 teachers achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level. Previously, the school had achieved the title of "Advanced Labor Collective" for 5 consecutive years.
