The school strictly implements the 2018 General Education Program, while enhancing creative teaching activities: STEM/STEAM education, English clubs, sports, life skills; career guidance and vocational study abroad experience activities. Many lessons are organized in an "open" way, such as borderless lessons, lessons where I try to be a teacher, or lessons with parents. Not only focusing on ethics and life skills, Lien Viet Kon Tum Secondary and High School is also a place to inspire the creative aspirations in each student. In 2025, four teams of the school, including: LV-Stellar, LV-Odyssey, LV-Constellation, LV-Nexus confidently participated in the NASA Space Apps Challenge, a global science playground for young people passionate about technology. With the theme "Learn - Initiate - Lead", the teams not only demonstrated their mettle but also spread the spirit of integration, connecting Vietnamese knowledge with the world.

According to Dr. Tuong, through such playgrounds, Lien Viet students learn how to turn ideas into actions, turn dreams into journeys of conquest. Each project, each research topic is an opportunity for them to mature, become more stable and confident on the path of creativity and integration.

To achieve the goal of “Happy School”, the school regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and dialogues between teachers, students, and parents. Sharing sessions on pedagogical behavior skills, school psychological counseling, and social-emotional education (SEE) help each person understand themselves and others better.
