After arranging classes according to the wishes of students and parents, the school received comments from Nguyen Ngoc Huong's parents who did not agree with the school's organization plan. The school invited the parents to the school to discuss, work and explain to the parents any questions they still had.

The school said it was hasty in making the decision, although the purpose was to temporarily suspend classes to unify educational views with parents.

However, during the discussion, due to not fully understanding the school's organizational plans to organize teaching and learning to further improve the quality of students, especially grade 12 students, parents did not agree, and there were also discussions that were not really appropriate in the pedagogical environment. The school also hastily decided to stop training for student Nguyen Ngoc Huong, although the purpose was to temporarily stop studying to unify educational views with the student's parents.

The School Board also realized that doing so was unreasonable, caring for each student but not the right method.

Fulfilling the school's responsibilities and ensuring the legitimate rights and aspirations of students, on August 15, Ngo Quyen High School - Dong Anh held a meeting and continued to discuss and work with students and parents of Nguyen Ngoc Huong, class 12A5.

At the meeting, the relevant parties agreed on a number of contents. Among them, the school agreed to issue a decision to withdraw the decision to stop training for student Nguyen Ngoc Huong, class 12A5, on August 15, 2024. Due to the incorrect understanding of the quality improvement class, the school agreed to discuss with parents about the class, the orientation was determined to be a key class with investment, strengthening facilities, ensuring class size under 30 students and increasing study time to ensure quality with parents and students, so that parents understand and ensure 100% agreement.

On August 16, the school continued to invite Nguyen Ngoc Huong's parents to school to work, discuss directly and reach an agreement with the parents to avoid misunderstandings in public opinion.

At the meeting, the representative of the school's Board of Directors discussed with Nguyen Ngoc Huong's parents about revoking Decision No. 41/QD-NQDA dated August 10, 2024 on stopping training for Nguyen Ngoc Huong. Mr. Nguyen Dang Bang, Nguyen Ngoc Huong's parent, agreed with the solution of the school's Board of Directors. The school has returned the documents (junior high school transcripts, high school transcripts and all related documents), creating all favorable conditions for Nguyen Ngoc Huong to transfer to the school of her family's wishes.
