On the land of Xuan Loc with a rich tradition of revolution and studiousness, on December 23, 1985, Xuan Loc High School was officially established.

From the early days of simplicity, the school has become a place where dreams take flight for many generations of students. Over the past 40 years, Xuan Loc High School has written a story of determination, intelligence and faith, a story that has been extended by the sweat and efforts of many generations of teachers and students, by the love of parents and the trust and expectations of society.

In the 40-year journey of development and growth, some proud milestones can be mentioned: In 2009, the school was honored to be recognized as meeting national standards for the period 2001 - 2010. In 2021, the school was recognized as meeting national standards level 2 for the period 2021 - 2026.

The "captains" of the past, from Mr. Hoang Van Trong, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hiep, Mr. Tran Dinh Vinh, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Tan, Mr. Ho Van Sinh and now Principal Kieu Manh Ha, together with the Board of Directors and the team of staff and teachers, have been writing the story of success, opening up new horizons in the era of digitalization and integration.

Notably, 42 "green shoots" have voluntarily returned to Xuan Loc school, following in the footsteps of their teachers, continuing to keep the fire burning and passing on the fire of knowledge to generations of juniors.

In the 2025 - 2026 school year, Xuan Loc High School has 10 subject groups with 108 cadres, teachers and employees (3 managers, 95 teachers and 10 staff). The school collective is classified by the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province as having completed its tasks excellently (school year 2024 - 2025). 100% of cadres, teachers and employees are classified as having completed their tasks well or better (including 23 teachers and employees classified as having completed their tasks excellently). There are 11 collectives (1 of the school and 10 groups) proposed to the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province to be recognized as advanced labor collectives. There are 26 individuals proposed to be awarded the title of grassroots emulation fighter, 4 individuals proposed to be awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial People's Committee and 1 individual proposed to be awarded the title of provincial emulation fighter.

In the 2024-2025 school year, 11 cadres, teachers and staff participated in writing initiatives, of which 9 initiatives were recognized by the Evaluation Council as school-level initiatives. 2 scientific research topics of students were selected to compete at the provincial level and won 1 third prize.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Xuan Loc High School has more than 1,800 students. Provincial-level excellent students continuously achieve high results, contributing to affirming the school's position in the golden list of achievements of the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province.

Specifically: 576/1,832 students are excellent all-rounders, accounting for 31.44%; 875/1,832 are good (47.76%). There is 1 student who won a national Physics award; 69 students won provincial excellent student awards (3 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 25 third prizes, 27 consolation prizes). Many students of the school won high prizes in the Informatics, English, and Science and Technology Olympiads at the provincial and national levels.

In particular, Xuan Loc High School is one of 149 high schools nationwide that are considered for admission to Ho Chi Minh City National University based on academic records. For many years, Xuan Loc High School has always been in the leading group of Dong Nai province in terms of high school graduation rate.
