On the morning of November 16, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam - Vo Thi Anh Xuan attended and shared the joy of the National Great Unity Day 2025 at Pisêsaram (konglengses) pagoda.

This is the location chosen by the Front Working Committee of Nguyet Lang B hamlet, Binh Phu commune to organize the festival to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).

At the festival, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, along with delegates, officials, party members and people, reviewed the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front, the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; listened to reports on the situation of the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing campaigns and patriotic emulation movements in 2025 and launching the emulation movement in 2026 of the Nguyet Lang B hamlet residential area.

Nguyet Lang B Hamlet has 554 households with 2,448 people. In 2025, the hamlet carried out the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" with many results: average income of 65.5 million VND/person/year. Credit institutions disbursed nearly 14 billion VND to 278 households, many economic models were maintained and replicated.

The cultural movement reached 500/554 cultural families (90.3%), the hamlet maintained the title of New Rural Cultural Hamlet. Social security work was focused on with hundreds of millions of VND mobilized, including 11 million VND to support people in flood areas No. 10. Education and health care were ensured with 100% of children going to school, 2,305 people participating in family health insurance and 983 people installing electronic health books.

Speaking at the festival, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan expressed her excitement when seeing Nguyet Lang B hamlet demonstrate the spirit of solidarity and join hands to carry out patriotic emulation movements and campaigns well.

The Vice President emphasized that the National Great Unity Day 2025 takes place in the context of the whole country implementing a two-level government model and streamlining the apparatus.

Thanks to the leadership of the Party and the consensus of the people, the country's economic growth has recovered and developed; the fields of culture, education and health have been focused; national defense and security have been maintained; and the country's prestige and international position have continued to be enhanced.

Comrade Le Van Han - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Comrade Kim Ngoc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to households.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan said that the process of streamlining the apparatus has initially achieved positive results and received consensus from the people, including contributions from Vinh Long province and Nguyet Lang B hamlet.

The Vice President praised the spirit of solidarity and the people's initiative in economic development, improving their lives, participating in digital transformation, building the Party, the political system and the two-level government. In addition, he acknowledged the close role of the community, monks and Buddhist followers in strengthening the great national unity bloc and supporting the grassroots government.

In 2026, the year of the 14th National Party Congress and the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, the Vice President hopes that people of all ethnic groups and religions will continue to agree with the policies of the Party and State, contributing to the goal of making Vietnam a high-income developed country by 2045.

Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan suggested Vinh Long province promote its potential, expand development space, and take advantage of transport and digital infrastructure to enhance its position in the Mekong Delta region.

The Fatherland Front and organizations need to continue to mobilize people to innovate their ways of working, develop the economy in accordance with climate change, towards green growth and circular economy; maintain the construction of sustainable new rural areas and civilized urban areas; preserve cultural identity and security and order. At the same time, it is necessary to step up propaganda and mobilize people to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; pay attention to taking care of people so that they can celebrate the traditional New Year in a warm and happy manner.

The Vice President requested local Party committees and authorities to create conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations to stabilize their organizations and operate effectively in the new period.

At the festival, the People's Committee of Binh Phu commune honored 5 households with outstanding achievements in implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2025.
