Communicating knowledge about gender diversity

(CT) - Can Tho PFLAG Club has just coordinated with Can Tho Rainbow Group to organize a communication program on knowledge about gender and sexual diversity with the theme "Listening to colorful stories", in the form of a "living book" library.

The program is aimed at parents with children who are LGBTIQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, gender/sexual orientation diverse or are exploring...). Within the framework of the program, delegates will hear stories about the journey of finding and living true to themselves as well as understanding and empathizing with their own children. This is an opportunity for parents, relatives and the LGBTIQ+ community to meet, share, and contribute to promoting the companionship and support of family and society for LGBTIQ+ people. Thereby, helping the community to be more open, empathetic and equal in recognizing the different "colors" of life.

PFLAG Can Tho Club is under the Union of Friendship Organizations of Can Tho City, within the framework of the Project "Children's Rights Governance - LGBT Children and Youth in Vietnam have access to education , health and social services".
