Commander of Military Region 9 gives gifts to policy families in Hung Loi ward

(CT) - On the afternoon of April 28, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Dat, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of Military Region 9, visited and presented gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and families of soldiers in Hung Loi Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Dat expressed gratitude and acknowledged the contributions of families of policy beneficiaries and families of active military personnel in the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and construction and protection of the Fatherland today. The Commander of Military Region 9 said that on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, the Party Committee and Command of Military Region 9 established 7 working delegations to visit and present gifts to the families of leaders of Military Region 9 through the periods, retired military generals; directed the Military Commands of provinces and cities to do a good job of taking care of families of policy beneficiaries and families in difficult circumstances...

On this occasion, the Can Tho City Military Command presented 50 gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and families of soldiers in Hung Loi ward.
