In addition to inspiring information about the journey of raising capital and attracting "big guys" to invest long-term in Masan Group, Mr. Michael Hung Nguyen also shared interesting stories about human resources and the working environment known as "The best place to work in Asia".

To achieve the goal of Go Global bringing Vietnamese cuisine to the world, the group has carefully prepared its human resources strategy and attracted global talent. In the program, Mr. Michael Hung Nguyen said: “With the orientation of being a global consumer and retail company, understanding people in many places and their needs is essential. One of Masan's competitive advantages is its team of domestic and foreign talents. We are orienting towards Go Global, so Masan welcomes foreign talents to work in many fields, such as Digital Marketing, IT... The company's human resources with "entrepreneurial spirit" - are talents who share the same mission of serving Vietnamese and global consumers."

This is also reflected in the human resources policies, rewards, benefits as well as the international human resources awards that the company has recently been honored with. In 2024, Masan Group was honored as "Best Workplace in Asia", winning the special award categories "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Enterprises with diverse, equal and inclusive working environments" and "Substainable Workplace - Enterprises with sustainable working environments" presented by the leading prestigious magazine on human resources in Asia - HR Asia at the annual HR Asia Awards ceremony. Previously, Masan also won the category "Enterprises with diverse, equal and inclusive working environments" of this award in 2023".

Masan established the Growth Center - Talent Development Center, with the desire to make Masan a place to develop the potential of each member and a destination for future-ready talents. This center has organized more than 1,700 training sessions and seminars on various topics. Including, leadership and guidance skills, presentation skills, problem solving, decision making. The classes attracted more than 33,214 employees to participate in training. At the same time, the Growth Center also implemented programs such as Mentoring, Leadership Assessment, 360-degree Feedback for talents and senior managers to improve leadership skills and team management capacity.

We value maintaining a fair and equitable reward system based on employee performance and contribution to the Group’s business,” said a representative of Masan Group.
