Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Van Cuong, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, acknowledged that during the recent floods and storm No. 3, the youth of the Army and the Police have strongly promoted their pioneering and volunteering roles in rescue activities, disaster prevention, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, helping people stabilize their lives. Hundreds of thousands of cadres, union members, and youth of the Army and the Police have participated in helping people prevent and fight floods, natural disasters, fires, search and rescue, and overcoming the consequences of storms and floods in localities. Many comrades have heroically sacrificed for the peaceful lives of the people.
Opinions at the conference were unanimous, promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the youth of the two forces will continue to promote studying and following Uncle Ho.
