Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Bank for Social Policies and the State Bank, in the past period, the Bank for Social Policies of Ca Mau province has organized 68 emulation movements for all cadres and employees. The emulation movements aim to excellently complete annual tasks, make achievements to celebrate major holidays, reduce overdue debts, improve credit quality and strengthen savings and loan groups. The emulation targets are also specified from assigned political tasks, thereby promoting the spirit of solidarity and creativity in professional work, building strong Party, government and mass organizations.

In the recent period, the Ca Mau Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has honored 636 collectives and 1,319 individuals with outstanding achievements. Many typical advanced examples (DHTT) from staff directly working in remote and isolated areas have been honored and replicated, becoming a driving force to promote emulation movements in the entire system. By the end of February 2025, the branch has built 6 collectives and 12 typical advanced individuals at the system level, 4 collectives and 31 individuals in each system-level operation, and 1 collective and 2 individuals at the banking sector level.

Transaction Office, Cai Nuoc District Social Policy Bank and Accounting - Treasury Department of the Provincial Social Policy Bank received a certificate of merit from the General Director of Vietnam Social Policy Bank for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020-2025. Members of the Board of Directors at the commune, ward and town levels received certificates of merit from the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies for their outstanding achievements contributing to the activities of the NCHSXH sector in the 2020-2025 period.

Individuals of the provincial Social Policy Bank received certificates of merit from the General Director of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020-2025. The conference also launched the emulation movement for the 2025-2030 period with the theme "Promoting the tradition of solidarity, discipline, overcoming difficulties, creativity, understanding the people's hearts, dedicated service, improving efficiency, and sustainable development." This theme emphasizes the goal of excellently completing assigned political tasks in the next period.

At the conference, 13 groups and 75 individuals received certificates of merit from the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, 5 groups and 22 individuals were awarded by the Director of the Bank for Social Policies of Ca Mau province for their outstanding achievements in the emulation movement.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank and Ms. Huynh Kha Thuy, Deputy Director of the Provincial Social Policy Bank, Chairman of the Provincial Social Policy Bank Trade Union signed the emulation agreement for the period 2025 - 2030. Speaking at the conference, Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Nguyen Duc Hai acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies Ca Mau province, especially in emulation work, thereby contributing to improving credit quality and supporting people to overcome difficulties.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai emphasized: “In addition to organizing emulation movements well, we need to focus on the work of summarizing, concluding and rewarding. The rewarding must be done promptly, publicly and transparently, while focusing on honoring the staff who work directly at the transaction offices.

In the 2025-2030 period, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai affirmed the important role of the emulation movement in implementing the development strategy of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to 2030, especially in digital transformation and improving the quality of management work, to meet development requirements in the current context.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Bao, Director of the Bank for Social Policies of Ca Mau province, shared: Implementing Uncle Ho's teaching "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation" has become an important driving force, promoting the strong development of the emulation movement in the unit. The conference is also an opportunity to learn and replicate good and creative workers, continuing to develop the branch's emulation movement, contributing to the socio- economic development of the province and the country.
From the successes achieved in the emulation movement, the People's Credit Fund of Ca Mau province continues to strive to maintain and promote these results, becoming a strong driving force to excellently complete political tasks in the coming time."
