(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of January 23, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station held a conference to review the work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam attended and directed the conference.

In 2023, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station will produce 8,760 hours of TV channel content (THP), produce 6,570 hours of TV channel (THP ⁺ ), produce and broadcast 6,570 hours of Hai Phong Radio channel, and produce and broadcast 5,201 hours of Traffic Radio channel.

The station focused on arranging personnel, perfecting regulations and rules. Successfully organized many events to exploit broadcasting programs. Provided media sponsorship for programs: Traditional Wrestling Competition of the Mac Dynasty, Countryside Fair of the Mac Dynasty, Do Son Buffalo Fighting Festival, Running Competition in Kien An, Thuy Nguyen, Do Son, Football Tournaments... Live broadcast of 195 programs. Successfully implemented the THPOn pilot. Connected the station's programs and made them available on content distribution platforms such as: Viettel 's TV360 application, VNPT's MyTV, FPTPlay, VieOn, K ⁺ ... The station's channels covered widely at home and abroad. The station opened a resident reporter office in the Southwest region, and completed the activities of the representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.

In particular, in 2023, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station was the standing agency to successfully organize the 41st National Television Festival. Many of the Station's works participated in the 41st National Television Festival, the First National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Council (Dien Hong Award), the 17th National Press Award... won high prizes and were awarded Certificates of Merit by relevant levels and sectors.

Promoting the achieved results, in 2024, Hai Phong Radio and Television Station will continue to focus on propagating the city's economic, social, defense, security development tasks and the 2024 theme; Directives and Resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, Government and city; holidays and important events of the country and city. Continue to innovate and improve the quality of programs. Continue to complete the digital transformation project and improve the organizational structure of the operating apparatus...

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam, on behalf of the City People's Committee leaders, acknowledged and congratulated the results achieved by Hai Phong Radio and Television Station in 2023, contributing to spreading the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of the city in the past time. On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee also frankly pointed out a number of existing limitations, requesting that Hai Phong Radio and Television Station overcome them. In particular, in 2024, the Station needs to focus on propagating the guidelines, policies and strategies of the Party, State and the city; continue to coordinate with the city's Departments and branches to increase the value of ordering television programs; maintain and promote the THP ⁺ channel to meet the entertainment needs of the city's people; continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, build a strong and developing collective; improve the lives of cadres, reporters and workers.

On this occasion, the City People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to 2 collectives, the title of Excellent Labor Collective to 4 collectives, and Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023. Hai Phong Radio and Television Station awarded the title of Advanced Labor Collective to 14 collectives, the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level to 33 individuals, and the title of Advanced Laborer to 231 individuals.
