According to the regulation on the +/-5% margin, the ceiling exchange rate is currently at 26,077 VND/USD, while the floor exchange rate is 23,593 VND/USD. At the State Bank's Transaction Office, the reference price is 23,646 - 26,028 VND/USD (buy - sell).
For the CNY, Vietcombank announced the exchange rate at 3,471 - 3,582 VND/CNY (buy - sell), up 4 VND in both directions compared to the morning session on March 31. Meanwhile, BIDV also adjusted the buying price up 5 VND and the selling price up 4 VND, bringing the exchange rate to 3,489 - 3,584 VND/CNY (buy - sell).
