In the third round taking place in the late afternoon of June 10, the young players of Ha Tinh had to face a very strong team, U13 Song Lam Nghe An.

Against the defending champion, the U13 Hong Linh Ha Tinh players proactively deployed a fairly effective defensive counter-attacking style of play. Although they were behind early, striker number 18 Bui Van Nhuong's hat-trick helped U13 Hong Linh Ha Tinh hold U13 SLNA to a 3-3 draw, earning a valuable point, thereby officially entering the 2023 National U13 Finals one round early.
