Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigns online application targets for the entire process in 2025

Recently, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has decided to assign the target of full-process online records to departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province in 2025 with a minimum of 70% of full-process online records out of the total number of records of administrative procedures (TTHC) implemented in the province. This decision replaces Decision No. 871, dated April 3, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning the target of full-process online records to departments, branches and localities in 2025.

On April 3, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province issued a decision to assign the target of full-process online records in 2025 to departments, branches, sectors, and district-level People's Committees. Accordingly, the minimum target is 70% of full-process online records out of the total number of administrative procedure records.

The rate of full-process online records will be calculated from December 15, 2024 to December 14, 2025 for administrative procedures announced to be performed online in 2024 and continue to be announced to be performed online in 2025; calculated from December 15, 2024 to the effective date of the decision to announce the list of full-process online public services for administrative procedures announced to be performed online in 2024 but not continue to be announced to be performed online in 2025. For administrative procedures announced to be performed online for the first time in 2025, this rate will be calculated after 5 days from the effective date of the announcement decision to December 14, 2025.

The Department of Science and Technology is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise on the implementation of the decision; deploy solutions to increase the rate of online records throughout the process; synthesize and compile data to serve the assessment and ranking of the level of digital transformation and the assessment and ranking of the results of administrative reform implementation of departments, branches, sectors, and district-level People's Committees. The Provincial People's Committee Office ensures the requirements for connection infrastructure to serve the deployment of online public services; coordinate the implementation of solutions on technical infrastructure and related connection infrastructure during the operation of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
