Speaking at the congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated and commended typical and advanced collectives and individuals in patriotic emulation movements. He assessed that in recent times, emulation movements have been implemented methodically, with clear and specific criteria and emulation contents, promoting the combined strength of the entire political system, the active participation of enterprises, businessmen and people in the province, contributing significantly to the results of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, building a strong Party and political system. Provincial Party Committees and authorities have deeply recognized the role of emulation and reward in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.
