Children and their drawing teacher at the Love Color exhibition
Currently, it can be seen that there are not many formal exhibitions for children. Organizing the Love Color painting exhibition for children by the Quality Fine Arts Center at the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association is a great effort to help children's dreams come true, creating a creative space, playground, and learning and exchange space for them to express their talents.
The works on display at the Love Color exhibition are drawn on many different materials such as watercolor, compressed watercolor, oil pastel, acrylic, mixed colored pencils, handmade and synthetic materials... The children draw themes about nature, still life, family, school, dreams... with diverse and rich ideas, suitable for their age and personality, bringing many colors of life to viewers.

At the opening ceremony, artist Siu Quy, Permanent Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association, said that currently, art centers and classes for children in Ho Chi Minh City are receiving the attention of many parents and students.
Artist Siu Quy shared: "The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association also has drawing classes for children and each child attending the class is accompanied by a parent. We really appreciate the care that parents give to future artistic talents. In Thu Duc City alone, there are many good centers that help children develop their natural abilities. Art teachers both teach and play with the children. With many paintings participating in today's exhibition, it can be seen that the children have their own way of expressing their feelings for nature, landscapes, people, cities, countries... The innocent love of children is naturally put into the drawings and colors. The Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association really appreciates that the exhibition has inspired a love of painting in children."
"The color of love" in the eyes of children
At the opening ceremony, the Judging Council for the paintings in the exhibition Color of Love, including: artist Siu Quy - Permanent Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Arts Association; artist Doan The Vy - Head of the Thu Duc City Fine Arts Club; artist Vi Nguyen - in charge of the Quality Fine Arts Center, announced that there will be 24 awards for children and the awards will be presented on June 9. Children come to the exhibition "Color of Love" in Thu Duc City on the opening night of May 26.
Artist Vi Nguyen (born in 1990, graduated from Fine Arts Pedagogy - Dong Nai University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts) - in charge of the Quality Fine Arts Center, commented: "Each painting by children at the exhibition is a story, a true expression of emotions. The center encourages creativity by using many different materials and exploring diverse art styles. Viewing the exhibition, we can feel the boundless creativity, the ability to turn ideas into reality on paper of children".
Love for fine arts and painting can be "nurtured" from childhood, when children are given the opportunity by their families to learn to draw or visit art exhibitions such as Color of Love.
Currently, artist Vi Nguyen is devoting herself to building the Quality Art Center - a place that helps her carry out many of her arteducation projects. After more than 5 years of construction and development, with many experiences and many difficulties, the center has now become a vibrant and inspiring space for children of all ages. The center currently has 3 facilities in Thu Duc City, Binh Duong with more than 300 students. "It is a place where teachers and students can care about each other's emotions, feelings, and personalities through works of art. From passion and perseverance, we are very happy to have created a class that not only teaches drawing but also helps children find joy, creativity, and connection in life," artist Vi Nguyen expressed.
