At the meeting, Working Group 5013 listened to the difficulties of 6 projects including:
Residential and business area in Quarter 3, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City, with Thu Duc Tourism Service Joint Stock Company as the investor.
Residential area in Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Tri Kiet Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited.
Hung Phu residential area, Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Hung Phu Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
Duong Dinh Hoi residential area, Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, invested by Rach Chiec Real Estate Development Company Limited.
Nguyen Tat Thanh residential area, ward 18, district 4, invested by Viet Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company.
Apartment building A1 of Tan Thang Sports and Residential Complex project, Son Ky ward, Tan Phu district, invested by Gamuda Land Joint Stock Company.

The residential area project in Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city alone has a scale of 197 houses including 82 single houses and 115 garden townhouses (of which 77/197 houses have been granted pink books to home buyers). Currently, the HCM City Land Registration Office has received 6 applications for pink books from home buyers.
The land of the project was approved by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to be allocated to Tri Kiet Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited to implement the project in 2004.
After listening to the difficulties of the investors, Working Group 5013 agreed to issue pink books for 6 registered files. Regarding the responsibilities of the investors in performing some obligations according to regulations, Mr. Nguyen Toan Thang requested that the investors coordinate with departments and branches to continue to overcome difficulties for the remaining cases that have not been issued pink books.
