Thunderstorms are forecast nationwide in the next few days.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from May 31 to June 6, the main weather in the North and Central regions will be hot and sunny, followed by thunderstorms. In the South, there will be intermittent sunshine during the day, with scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

In the North , on May 31, it will be sunny, hot in some places, with localized thunderstorms in the evening and little rain at night. On June 1 and 2, the hot weather will continue. From the night of June 2 to June 6, this area will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain, concentrated in the evening and at night. During the day, it will still be sunny but intermittent.

Hanoi has a similar weather trend. In the first three days, it will be sunny and hot, then it will turn to thunderstorms from the evening of June 2 onwards, lasting until June 6. Rain will be concentrated in the evening and at night, with intermittent sunshine during the day.

In the Central region , the weather is mainly hot and extremely hot, with scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. In Thanh Hoa and Nghe An , from June 3 and 4, the hot weather is forecast to decrease, with scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

The Central Highlands and the South have typical rainy season weather: intermittent sunshine during the day, scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with heavy to very heavy rain in some places.
