With a preferential interest rate loan from Agribank , Truong Oanh high-end ceramic tile and sanitary equipment store in Nam Ngan ward, Thanh Hoa city expanded its market and operated effectively.

After more than 2 years of accompanying Agribank Thanh Hoa , the business results of the Truong Oanh high-end ceramic tile and sanitary equipment business in Nam Ngan ward (Thanh Hoa city) have had many positive changes, with increasing revenue. Mr. Le Van Truong, the store owner, shared: “Previously, due to lack of production capital, we only did small business. From 2023, we have had access to a credit source of 4 billion VND from Agribank Thanh Hoa with an interest rate of 5%/year. From the loan capital, we have expanded our warehouse, invested in distributing many types of ceramic tiles and high-end sanitary equipment. The company's revenue has doubled compared to before, with revenue in the first 4 months of 2025 reaching nearly 20 billion VND. The store is currently creating jobs for more than 20 workers, with an income of 12 to 25 million VND/person/month".

Agribank Thanh Hoa is also implementing preferential credit packages for small and medium enterprises; preferential loans for large corporate customers, import-export enterprises... Mr. Nguyen Quy Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Hoa Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, shared: In the process of formation and development of enterprises, Agribank Thanh Hoa has always accompanied and created favorable conditions for enterprises to borrow capital to expand investment in production and business. In the context of many economic difficulties, enterprises have had their interest rates adjusted by banks to lower and extend debt according to regulations, thanks to which production and business activities have always developed stably. Annual revenue reaches over 800 billion VND, in the first 4 months of 2025 alone it reached 260 billion VND, creating jobs for about 350 workers, with an average salary of 12 million VND/person/month.

It is known that from the beginning of 2025, Agribank Thanh Hoa has implemented preferential credit programs for many target groups, focusing mainly on the fields of import and export, production, business, small and medium enterprises; expanding consumer loans and supporting business households. At the same time, the bank proactively adjusted lending interest rates, implemented credit programs with lending interest rates 1 - 3% lower than normal interest rates to encourage and support customers to use capital.

In addition to investing capital for enterprises, Agribank Thanh Hoa also provides modern banking services including account services, deposits, centralized capital management services, insurance, domestic and international payment services and many other banking products and services; creating favorable conditions for enterprises in the process of production, purchasing, and consuming products as well as tightening the relationship between banks and enterprises on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. In addition, Agribank Thanh Hoa prioritizes supporting enterprises in implementing investment and development programs and projects in the agricultural and rural areas to link with Agribank's credit development program, taking advantage of the Government's support policies for local economic development programs.

By the end of April 2025, the total mobilized capital of the branch reached VND 28,132 billion, an increase of 7.2% compared to the beginning of the year; total outstanding loans reached VND 28,539 billion, an increase of 3.8% compared to the beginning of the year; service revenue increased by nearly 10% over the same period. From Agribank's capital, many large-scale agricultural production models, applying high technology, production chains have been and are being formed, contributing to creating quality agricultural products with high commodity value, such as: Model of growing vegetables, flowers, fruits, safe livestock according to VietGAP standards; investing in machinery and equipment in production and processing of agricultural products...

To improve access to capital for people and businesses, Agribank Thanh Hoa has implemented many synchronous solutions, such as: lending through loan groups, preferential credit programs, shortening appraisal time, transparent procedures; coordinating with farmers' associations and women's unions at all levels to propagate and disseminate credit policies serving agricultural and rural development to customers in the area.
