Comrade Dinh Duc Canh, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were Comrade Ngo Sach Thuc, former Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; former leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee through the periods; experts, scientists, members of the Advisory Council of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of leaders of socio -political organizations of the province, member organizations of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of leaders of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts, towns and cities.

Contributing opinions at the conference, delegates all affirmed the necessity of amending the Constitution and basically agreed with the content of the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. With a high sense of responsibility, many delegates contributed ideas to amend and replace a number of sentences and phrases in the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution to ensure strictness, clarity, accuracy, and facilitate the implementation process.
In particular, delegates focused on discussing and giving comments on the contents of amendments and supplements to Article 9 regulating the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; Article 10 regulating the Vietnam Trade Union. They emphasized issues related to supplementing regulations on the role, position, functions, organizational principles and activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to ensure compliance with the new organizational model.
At the same time, it is proposed to amend Article 110 on administrative units to make the content clearer and more specific, avoiding confusion for the people. The delegates also proposed to maintain the regulation "must consult local people" when establishing, dissolving, merging, and dividing administrative units, to ensure constitutional principles and promote the people's mastery.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Dinh Duc Canh highly appreciated the spirit, responsibility, and contributions of the delegates to the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution. He requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, and member organizations to continue to promote the dissemination of the draft resolution so that the people can study and contribute their wisdom to amending the Constitution.
At the same time, he emphasized that the opinions of the delegates will be fully synthesized by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and promptly sent to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and competent authorities, contributing to the completion of the Draft Resolution, ensuring quality, feasibility, and creating social consensus when the Resolution is passed in the coming time.
