The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee solicits comments on the draft Political Report of the 1st National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

On the afternoon of November 6, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to collect comments on the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031. Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to the general content of the draft Political Report of the 1st National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031, focusing on evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress for the term 2019-2024; clarifying outstanding achievements, limitations, causes and lessons learned; at the same time identifying the directions, tasks and key solutions for the Front's work in the coming period.

In the spirit of democracy, frankness and responsibility, delegates contributed many enthusiastic and practical opinions on the draft content. Many opinions said that the Report should emphasize more the role of the Fatherland Front in strengthening the great national unity bloc, especially in remote areas, ethnic minority areas; pay more attention to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, especially through educating the young generation in schools; protect the environment and rare animals to balance the ecosystem and combat climate change.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department spoke at the conference to give opinions.

Delegates also proposed additional specific solutions to effectively promote the role of the Front in social supervision and criticism; prevent and combat corruption and negativity; and contribute to building a strong grassroots government.

Some opinions suggested that the draft Political Report should have separate content on ethnic and religious affairs, clarifying the mechanisms and policies to support and resolve practical issues of ethnic minorities, ensuring socio -economic development associated with preserving the national cultural identity. At the same time, attention should be paid to the work of ethnic minority cadres, arranging and using them in accordance with the characteristics of each locality to create a driving force for sustainable development.

Representatives of the Provincial Lawyers Association contributed comments to the draft Political Report of the 1st National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.

Concluding the conference, comrade Ha Trung Kien highly appreciated the spirit of responsible and dedicated contributions of the delegates; at the same time, he affirmed that the comments at the conference were an important basis for the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to synthesize and send to the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to study, absorb and complete the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.

He emphasized that collecting comments on the draft Political Report is a broad political activity, demonstrating the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility of the Fatherland Front system at all levels, contributing to building an increasingly strong Vietnam Fatherland Front organization, successfully implementing the country's development goals in the new period.
