The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province held the 3rd Conference, term 2024-2029

Comrade Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports and discussed the preparation for the 1st Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025-2030. With the spirit of responsibility, democracy and solidarity, the conference unanimously issued a Resolution to receive comments from the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to complete the contents to be submitted to the Congress.

As planned, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province will take place on November 7 and 8 at the Provincial Convention Center, with the participation of 350 official delegates and 150 invited delegates.

The conference agreed to add a number of new targets and contents, including: 100% of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations organize the "Month of listening to people speak" activity; periodically organize the assessment of the provincial social trust index according to the guidance of the Central Front; annually build a pilot model of social dialogue and community security.

In particular, the 7th action program on "Participating in the development of science and technology, innovation, building a digital society; promoting digital transformation in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system of the province" was added to the Summary Report for the 2024-2029 term, directions, goals and action program for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference also agreed to add the Border Guard to the personnel plan of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, in accordance with the local characteristics. The Congress Presidium consists of 15 members, the Secretariat of 3 members; in which the Presidium has added the Border Guard. The personnel plan of the delegation attending the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term includes 18 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.
