In order to continue to promote the spirit of respect for the Constitution and the law, the Central Council for Coordinating the Dissemination and Education of Law has assigned the Ministry of Justice to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the Ceremony to respond to the Vietnam Law Day 2025 to ensure substance, effectiveness and suitability.
The ceremony is expected to be attended by National Assembly leaders, representatives of the Government, ministries, central branches... and will be broadcast online at 34 provincial and municipal bridges, and livestreamed on the National Law Portal at phapluat.gov.vn as a national-scale response ceremony.

According to the Ministry of Justice, in the context of the country promoting the implementation of the reform of the apparatus and the operation of two-level local governments, with a spirit of urgency and high political determination, the Party and State issued and resolutely implemented many important policies (Resolutions of the Politburo No. 57, 59, 66, 68, 70, 71 and 72) of a breakthrough nature, bringing the country to prosperous and powerful development in the new era.
In particular, to meet the requirements of innovative thinking in the work of building and enforcing laws, the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day is identified as an event of important political and legal significance, a highlight in the series of activities responding to Vietnam Law Day, contributing to the achievements in welcoming the 14th National Congress of the Party.
At the Ceremony to respond to Vietnam Law Day, the Ministry of Justice will organize a press-launch button for the official version of the National Law Portal with many new and superior features to serve people and businesses in finding legal information; answering questions about the law and serving state management of law-making and law enforcement in a digital environment in a timely, convenient and effective manner.
"This is an opportunity for each citizen to continue to uphold the spirit of respecting the Constitution and the law, building a culture of law compliance for the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization," emphasized a representative of the Ministry of Justice.
In response to Vietnam Law Day 2025, the Ministry of Justice has been implementing many diverse and practical programs. Notable ones are the Dialogue Forum with businesses to remove legal obstacles; Competition for composing short stories to propagate the law; Online legal knowledge contest "Digital legal knowledge - Steadfast before cyber challenges"; Workshop "Enhancing legal awareness - Proactively preventing fraud in cyberspace"...
In addition, the Ministry of Justice also coordinates the production of reports, seminars, television programs, promotional clips, and the hanging of billboards, posters, and propaganda banners at the headquarters of agencies. In particular, the Ministry has also promoted the dissemination and education of law (PBGDPL) in remote, isolated, and island areas, to ensure that all people have the opportunity to access legal information quickly and conveniently.

In addition, localities also actively responded to Vietnam Law Day 2025. In Hai Phong, from October 1 to 30, 2025, the City organized the online contest "Learning the law in 2025" with the slogan "Learning the law today - Protecting rights tomorrow - Joining hands to build a Hai Phong city that respects and complies with the law". The contest is open to all citizens aged 14 and over, flexibly designed on a digital platform, thereby expanding people's access to the law, especially youth, teenagers and workers.
In Tuyen Quang, the activities in response to the Law Day also had a unique color when the locality organized an online contest "Learning about the provisions of the Law on Organization of Local Government in 2025" on the Thai Nguyen Province's Legal Dissemination and Education Information Portal. The contest attracted a large number of grassroots cadres, union members, youth and people to participate.
It can be affirmed that the Vietnam Law Day 2025 has been strongly spread from the central to local levels, becoming a widespread political and legal activity in the whole society. The exciting and practical activities on this occasion have contributed to raising awareness of the rule of law, fostering people's trust in the law, in the leadership of the Party and the effectiveness and efficiency of State management.
