(GLO)- In today's trading session (August 24), the gold ring market fluctuated more than yesterday, while gold bars remained stable at 126.6 million VND/tael.

Specifically, Bao Tin Minh Chau is currently listing the selling price for gold rings at 122 million VND, buying at 119 million VND/tael. Phu Quy is listing both buying and selling prices at 118.3-121.3 million VND/tael. Mi Hong is buying at 119.5 million VND, selling at 121 million VND/tael. SJC is trading at 118.5-121 million VND/tael. PNJ is listing at 118.5-121.5 million VND/tael.

After reaching its peak yesterday, the price of gold bars today remains stable. Currently, businesses are still trading at 125.6-126.6 million VND for both buying and selling.

In just one month, the price of gold bars has increased by nearly 2 million VND/tael. Since the beginning of the year, the increase has amounted to about 40 million VND, equivalent to 47%.

According to Kitco, the world gold price recorded at 4 on August 24, Vietnam time, was at 3,371.58 USD/ounce. Today's gold price increased by 43.03 USD/ounce compared to yesterday. Converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,520 VND/USD), the world gold price is about 107.8 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees).
