For many workers, stable and sustainable employment remains the greatest wish because behind each person are family, parents, young children, and other expenses.
Besides production workers, service sector employees also have their own concerns after the merger. I hope for a smoother year ahead with better work and higher income. Ms. Hanh shared: “In the new year, the grassroots trade union continues to prioritize the practical and comprehensive care for workers. The union coordinates the implementation of policies and regulations to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of workers, such as wages, bonuses, working hours, rest periods, working conditions, and occupational safety and hygiene. The union strengthens activities to support the material and spiritual well-being of workers; promptly visits and encourages workers in difficult circumstances, contributing to building employee loyalty and trust in the company. At the same time, the union maintains an effective mechanism for regular dialogue, helping workers stay informed about the company's production and business situation, share difficulties, and work together with the company to overcome challenges during this period of significant change.”

Workers in each industry and profession have different circumstances, but most share the same New Year's wishes: stable employment, increased income to save for times of illness or hardship. They need a safe working environment; benefits during the Lunar New Year and timely incentive policies; opportunities for professional development, long-term support, and transparent dialogue… all of which help them feel secure and committed to their businesses amidst a volatile market.
The new year brings many new opportunities but also many challenges. Nevertheless, workers' confidence remains high as businesses strive to stabilize production and workers' legitimate rights are guaranteed. These simple New Year's wishes will become a reality, contributing to the resilience of the economy .
