Provincial People's Procuracy deploys tasks in 2025

Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, awarded the Prime Minister 's Certificate of Merit to the Department of Personnel Affairs, Provincial People's Procuracy.

In 2024, the Provincial People's Procuracy has successfully completed its functions and tasks, many work targets have been achieved and exceeded according to the program and plan; focusing on effectively implementing key and breakthrough tasks determined at the beginning of the year. The political security situation, social order and safety in the province continue to be maintained. The Provincial People's Procuracy has exercised the right to prosecute and supervise the investigation of 862 cases/1,661 defendants, supervised the settlement of 687 cases/1,321 defendants by the investigation agency, reaching 80%; supervised the settlement of administrative cases; commercial and labor cases at the first and second instance levels, 3,621 cases (new 3,014 cases), resolved 3,027 cases, reaching 83.6%.

The People's Procuracy at two levels directly supervised 148 cases, of which 64 had conclusions with recommendations; re-examined 10 cases; issued 6 protest decisions, issued 1 notice requesting protest according to the cassation procedure in the civil field; 45 notices of experience in various stages of work, 163 recommendations on violations and prevention of violations and crimes in the area; coordinated with the People's Court to organize 145 experience-sharing trials; tried 1,041 trials using digitized documents and evidence; tried 62 online trials; and tried 19 mobile trials.

In 2025, the Provincial People's Procuracy has set out three key and specific breakthrough tasks: Continuing to improve the quality of the work of supervising the settlement of administrative cases, civil, business, commercial and labor cases, especially the work of supervising the settlement of administrative cases; promoting digital transformation and applying information technology in the activities of the Tuyen Quang Procuracy; improving the quality of the work of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise the settlement of criminal cases; coordinating with the Investigation Agency and the Court to quickly, thoroughly and in accordance with regulations, criminal cases, especially complicated cases, cases of special interest to the public and cases with the potential risk of becoming "hot spots".

With the achieved results, the Personnel Organization Department of the Provincial People's Procuracy was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for its achievements from 2018 to 2022; the Provincial People's Procuracy received the title of Excellent Labor Collective and received the Emulation Flag of the People's Procuracy sector in 2024; the Supreme People's Procuracy awarded Certificates of Merit to 6 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in emulation movements; the Chairman of the People's Committee awarded a Certificate of Merit to 1 individual for being recognized as a typical example and many other titles.
