Selection to perform provincial-level science and technology tasks

On the afternoon of October 30, the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province held a meeting of the Advisory Council for selection to carry out provincial-level science and technology tasks.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province Le Quoc Cuong spoke at the meeting.

The meeting announced Decision No. 171/QD-SKHCN, dated October 21, 2025 of the Department of Science and Technology to establish a Selection Advisory Council to carry out the provincial-level science and technology task "Management and development of the collective brand of Ha Tien dried shrimp" under the Intellectual Property Development Program implemented from 2025. Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of An Giang province Le Quoc Cuong was the chairman of the council.

The Advisory Council for selection of provincial-level science and technology tasks determined that the research and proposal of solutions for management and development of the Ha Tien dried shrimp collective brand had practical significance, consistent with the orientation of local socio -economic development; agreed on the implementation of the provincial-level science and technology task "Management and development of the Ha Tien dried shrimp collective brand" of Can Tho University.
