During his official visit to the United Kingdom, on the afternoon of October 29th (local time), UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and General Secretary To Lam held talks.
Shortly afterwards, the two sides issued a Joint Statement on upgrading Vietnam-UK relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, thereby strengthening cooperation across six key pillars.
