Viettel Da Nang said it has provided emergency support to customers in flooded and isolated areas. Specifically, postpaid subscribers are suspended from blocking to ensure communication. For prepaid subscribers, Viettel automatically adds 20,000 VND (10,000 VND for calls and 10,000 VND for data) so that customers can contact in emergency situations.
