Speaking at the ERP project acceptance ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Linh - Deputy Director in charge of operations and ERP Project Director, shared: "The biggest concern during the conversion process is how to make the new system operate smoothly while still ensuring production progress. When changing, staff must get used to ERP while still maintaining the old process to ensure accurate data.

They worked harder and had to try harder, but it was that unity that made the project successful. Today's achievement is the effort of all VINASPC staff, not just the leadership."

According to Ms. Linh, the biggest challenge of digital transformation is not technology, but people. Changing long-standing working habits to adapt to the new system requires perseverance and a spirit of learning. Once operating stably, ERP will become the "backbone" of production, making all processes more transparent and accurate.

From a production perspective, Mr. Hoang Quang Chien - Deputy Director in charge of production at VINASPC, said that the ERP system has brought about significant changes in factory management and operation. Thanks to ERP, businesses can monitor production data in real time - from raw materials, production lines to finished product output - helping to coordinate plans, reduce errors and improve efficiency.

The maximum capacity of the factory increased from 5,000 to nearly 8,000 tons/year, while the consumption cost decreased significantly. Mr. Chien emphasized that ERP is not only a management tool but also a foundation for a smart production model, helping VINASPC optimize resources, improve competitiveness and quickly respond to market needs.
