Reporting on the emulation summary in 2025 and the direction for 2026, Head of the Front Work Committee of Residential Area No. 30 Le Thanh Thuy said that in 2025, Residential Area 30 will continue to maintain the great national unity bloc, promoting the tradition of an area with a high level of education, a good life, most of whom are retired cadres and officers of the Vietnam People's Army. Under the close leadership of the Party Committee, the government and the consensus of the people, emulation movements and campaigns have been comprehensively deployed, achieving many outstanding results.
The branches and organizations operate in an orderly and effective manner. The Veterans Association follows the example of Uncle Ho's soldiers, with many articles and initiatives being commended. The Women's Association has won many high awards in the art and folk dance movements, and is a representative of the "5 no, 3 clean" movement...
The Residential Area Front Committee promoted the implementation of the two-level local government model, creating consensus and support among the people. Self-governing organizations maintained security and order, effectively prevented and fought fires; organized 240 shifts, 55 patrols, and maintained a safe area free of social evils.
Residential area 30 is also a pioneer in digital transformation, guiding people to use the iHanoi application, online public services, cashless payments, contributing to building "Learning Citizens - Learning Community". The movements of gratitude, remembering the source of drinking water, humanity, and charity are widely maintained with a total support fund of over 80 million VND. In addition, 95% of families meet cultural standards, 75% of families study, and the residential area has achieved the title of "Cultural, learning, and safe residential group".
The above results are a testament to the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and innovation of the Front Work Committee and the mass organizations of residential area 30 - a solid foundation to enter 2026 with the goal of continuing to build a civilized, affectionate, happy, and livable community.

Speaking at the festival, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong expressed his joy at attending the National Great Unity Festival of residential area No. 30, Dong Da ward.
Comrade Nguyen Van Phong emphasized that over the past year, residential area No. 30 has promoted the tradition of solidarity, maintained many comprehensive activities, built a bright - green - clean - beautiful - safe - civilized environment, and is a bright spot in the movements of Dong Da ward. The residential area Party cell has shown a good role as a core leader, mobilizing resources from the people, promoting the development of political and social organizations. The residential area has also always taken the lead in activities to support natural disasters, epidemics, and help the poor - actions that deeply demonstrate the spirit of humanity and affection.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee assessed that the model of a residential area with a moderate scale and a uniform population is a favorable condition to promote the spirit of community solidarity and unity. The comprehensive results of residential area No. 30 are vivid evidence of the strength of solidarity and the leadership role of the Party cell and socio-political organizations.
On behalf of the city's leaders, comrade Nguyen Van Phong congratulated and commended the efforts and achievements of the residential area, and at the same time briefly informed about the outstanding results of the capital in 2025.
Specifically, Hanoi has just successfully organized the 18th City Party Congress, receiving high appreciation from the Central Government. This is also the year the city implemented the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, arranging administrative units and operating the two-level local government model. After more than 4 months of implementation, the model has initially shown its effectiveness, the grassroots government is closer to the people, serving the people and businesses better. Dong Da Ward is among the city's leading groups in administrative reform, digital transformation, and taking care of people's lives, including important contributions from residential area No. 30.
According to comrade Nguyen Van Phong, in 2026, the Hanoi Party Committee has set the goal of building a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern - Happy" Capital, with 43 specific targets, economic growth reaching 11%/year. Therefore, he suggested that the Dong Da Ward Party Committee soon concretize the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress into specific programs and action plans for each Party cell and residential area, linked to human development indexes and happiness indexes. Each residential area needs to have clear goals, demonstrated by actual results, measured by specific products and effectiveness.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee also noted that promoting democracy at the grassroots level is a key factor in building a government close to the people, accompanying the people, resolving conflicts right at the grassroots level, and preventing hot spots from arising.
Comrade Nguyen Van Phong suggested that Party cells, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in residential areas promote their roles and mobilize people to contribute their opinions to the draft documents of the 14th Party Congress, contributing to the development of concise, easy-to-understand and easy-to-implement documents that reflect the wisdom and aspirations of the people. In addition, residential areas need to prepare well for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

On this occasion, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong presented 10 million VND to residential area No. 30 and 10 gifts from the city to families with outstanding achievements.
Dong Da ward leaders also presented 10 million VND to residential area 30 and 5 gifts to families in difficult circumstances.
