With advantages in quality, powerful and durable performance, and fuel efficiency, along with the best on-the-road prices in each segment, VinFast electric cars are increasingly gaining the trust and favor of consumers. VinFast's sales have consistently remained stable, averaging around 11,000 vehicles per month, far surpassing other brands, for many consecutive months.
VinFast's best-selling model in August 2025 was the VF 5, with 2,745 units sold, bringing the cumulative total from the beginning of the year to 27,109 units. Another version of the VF 5, the Herio Green, aimed at customers in the transportation service business, also achieved 2,395 units sold in August, affirming VinFast's absolute dominance in the A-SUV segment.
Ranked second on VinFast's best-selling list in August was the VF 3, with 2,481 units sold. However, with a cumulative total of 28,704 units sold since the beginning of the year, the VF 3 is currently the best-selling model in the entire Vietnamese market, rightfully earning the title of "national car" thanks to its accessible price, attractive design, and suitability for the majority of people. Now, exactly one year after its official launch, the VF 3 is strongly asserting its position as a close and reliable companion for everyone.
Ranked 4th on the list is the VF 6 model, with 2,038 units sold in August. Cumulatively from the beginning of the year, a total of 12,492 VF 6 vehicles have been chosen by Vietnamese consumers, making the VF 6 the most popular model in the B-SUV segment. The advantages highly appreciated by users of the VF 6 include its durability, stable operation, advanced technology features, and design suitable for young customers, including families and individuals.
In the C-SUV segment, the VF 7 model has attracted strong attention thanks to its stylish , modern design and powerful performance. In August, 718 VF 7 vehicles were delivered to customers, bringing the total number of vehicles sold since the beginning of the year to 5,099.
The remaining models, such as the VF 8, VF 9, Nerio Green, and Limo Green, continued to contribute positively to VinFast's overall business results in August. In particular, the first Limo Green vehicles were delivered to customers on August 5th, officially marking VinFast's entry into the 7-seater MPV segment for families and commercial services.
Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy General Director of VinFast Global Sales, shared: “The impressive business results in the early part of the Ghost Month are clear evidence of consumer confidence and preference for VinFast electric vehicles. With the addition of new models, along with the appeal of our current product range, we are confident that VinFast will achieve even more breakthrough business results during the peak sales season at the end of the year.”
Currently, VinFast boasts the most diverse range of all-electric vehicles in the Vietnamese market, covering segments from mini-SUVs and A-SUVs to E-SUVs, along with a 7-seater MPV. In the near future, VinFast plans to launch an additional mini-vehicle optimized for commercial transport (Minio Green), a small cargo vehicle (EC Van), and small buses suitable for public transport.
