The document was sent to two district department heads including the Departmentof Education and Training and the Department of Finance and Planning.

According to the People's Committee of Vinh Cuu district, the district previously issued a document approving the policy of organizing a delegation to learn from experience, implement digital transformation in education and apply STEM education in preschool and general education programs in Ha Giang city, Ha Giang province of the Department of Education and Training.

However, currently, agencies and units are urgently implementing the contents related to the project of rearranging and reorganizing administrative units at all levels and building a model and organizing two-level local government.

Therefore, the District People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to organize and deploy to schools the suspension of plans to organize experiential learning using allocated funds.

Focus on carrying out tasks related to the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and the evaluation and summary of the school year to prepare for the next school year.

At the same time, complete the documents and files well and hand them over within the prescribed time.

Learning from the experiences of agencies and units will be considered and implemented after stabilizing the arrangement and organization of the apparatus at the new unit according to the provisions of law.

Five days in Ha Giang to learn about digital transformation in education

As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Cuu district plans to have leaders, experts, and teachers fly to Ha Giang province to learn about digital transformation experiences.

Participants include leaders, specialists in charge of education levels and related departments of the department; principals and vice principals of preschools, kindergartens and junior high schools across the district. The duration of the trip is five days, from June 3 to 7 (including travel and return time).

The Department of Education and Training of Vinh Cuu district informed about the trip to Ha Giang to exchange and share experiences in management and direction of relevant departments to implement the topic "Improving the effectiveness of digital transformation in education and applying STEM education in preschool and general education programs".

Regarding the cost of study abroad, the Department of Education said that the agency or unit sending people to study abroad will pay the cost according to current financial regulations from the budget of Vinh Cuu District People's Committee.

The schedule sent to registered teachers shows that on the first day, June 3, the group going to study digital transformation will gather at Tan Son Nhat airport, then take a plane to Noi Bai airport, then depart for Ha Giang.

Also according to the five-day plan, the group will visit two schools in Ha Giang city during one session. For the rest of the itinerary, the group will go to Dong Van stone plateau, visit Lung Cu flagpole, Ban Gioc waterfall and then continue traveling to Cao Bang province...
